Project Description

Soleya is a new coastal villa community in KAEC, developed by Al Tahaluf. Positioned steps away from the Red Sea and adjacent to the Royal Greens golf course, the project blends tropical modernism from its Costa Rican architect with interiors curated by a European design studio. The result is a contemporary seaside destination shaped around outdoor living, natural light, and relaxed architectural elegance.

Ahead of launch at Cityscape Global, Al Tahaluf needed a way to show the full vision of Soleya with precision and emotional clarity. Traditional presentations could not communicate the scale of the masterplan or the atmosphere of its beachfront lifestyle. They required an immersive experience that would allow visitors to understand what life at Soleya will feel like once complete.

Virtuelle developed a photorealistic, screen-based VR experience that brought the entire project to life with real-time interactivity. The application included:

Masterplan: An aerial view of the full community, showing connectivity, proximity to the coast, and the relationship between villas, streets, and shared spaces.

Amenities: Walkable environments including the beach club, golf course surroundings, playground, and paddle court.

Villas: Interior walkthroughs of the three signature homes — Luz, Mar, and Sombra — allowing visitors to experience the materials, flow, and spatial qualities of each layout.

Designed for both sales centres and major events, the experience became a key part of Al Tahaluf’s pre-launch strategy at Cityscape. Hundreds of visitors explored Soleya as if it were already built, giving the sales team a powerful tool to communicate the project and register early interest.

Developed in close collaboration with Al Tahaluf’s team, the experience reflects the project’s ambition: a coastal community delivered with clarity, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place.
