Project Description

Rabwah East Mina is a new accommodation development by Ithraa Almashair, designed to welcome pilgrims from around the world during their journey to the Holy Sites. Each year, Ithraa Almashair hosts hundreds of thousands of guests from diverse backgrounds, all arriving with a shared purpose and a deep personal connection to their spiritual experience.

As part of their commitment to elevating guest services, Ithraa Almashair sought a way to help visitors understand the environment that will host them during this significant moment in their lives. Traditional visuals could not convey the scale, layout, or atmosphere of the development. They required a tool that would allow guests, partners, and stakeholders to explore the project with clarity and ease before arrival.

Virtuelle created an interactive 3D experience that brings Rabwah East Mina to life in a realistic and accessible way. The application allows users to explore:

Masterplan: A complete view of the development, helping visitors understand circulation, key facilities, and overall layout.

Accommodation: Walkthroughs of the various lodging options, offering a clear sense of space, comfort, and orientation.

Guest areas: Shared amenities and communal spaces designed to support rest, reflection, and connection among pilgrims.

The experience is more than a presentation of a development. It serves a practical and emotional purpose: helping guests visualize their environment in advance, easing their preparation, and offering comfort through familiarity.

Deployed at Hajj Confex in November 2025 in Jeddah, the interactive sales tool supported Ithraa’s leadership and sales team to walk dignitaries and tour operators through the development. By enabling nformation about the camp to be communicated with clarity and efficiency, this interactive sales tool significantly contributed to the SAR 1 billion in sales achieved by Ithraa at the event.

This project builds on our ongoing collaboration with Ithraa Aldiyafa and Ithraa Almashair as they continue to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful design and technology.
